1Not legal or financial advice
AI Credit Care is not a law firm, a lender, a credit bureau or a financial adviser. The information on our website, in our blog and in your analysis is general information to help you understand your credit. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed professional.
2No guaranteed results
No company can guarantee that an item will be removed from your credit report or that your credit score will improve. Credit bureaus and creditors decide how to respond to each dispute, and information that is accurate, current and verifiable cannot lawfully be removed.
Timelines on our website describe what is typical. Your own case may take more or less time.
3Client stories and score changes
The client stories, case studies and score changes on our website describe the experience of individual clients. They are not a promise or prediction of what you will achieve. Results depend on what is in your own credit file, how bureaus and creditors respond, and how you manage your credit along the way.
4Estimates and examples
Figures such as “potential score impact”, “estimated points” and confidence levels are estimates produced by our model. Dashboards, reports and letters shown on the website are illustrations of the product and do not show a real person’s credit file.
Credit scores are calculated by scoring companies and lenders using their own formulas. The score a lender sees may differ from the one shown to you.
5How to use our AI findings
Our AI model flags items that look inaccurate, duplicated, outdated or unverifiable. It can be wrong: it may flag an item that is correct, or miss one that is not. That is why every finding is explained and nothing is sent until you have reviewed and approved it.
Please do not approve a dispute for information that you know is accurate.
6You can dispute errors yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with a credit bureau or creditor yourself, at no cost. You can also get a free copy of your credit report from each bureau through AnnualCreditReport.com, the official site for free credit reports. Our service is a convenience, not a requirement.
