Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AI Credit Care collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language so you can see exactly how your information is handled.

1Who we are and what this policy covers

AI Credit Care, Inc. (“AI Credit Care”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted credit report analysis and dispute services to consumers in the United States.

This policy applies to our website, our contact and sign-up forms, and the services you use after creating an account. It does not cover websites or services run by other companies, even if we link to them.

2Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and state, and anything you write in a message to us.
  • Account and billing details when you choose a plan, such as your login details and payment information. Card payments are handled by a payment processor.
  • Identity details needed to retrieve your credit reports and prepare disputes on your behalf, which may include your address, date of birth and Social Security number.
  • Documents you upload, such as a credit report PDF or letters you have received from a bureau or creditor.

Credit report information

With your authorization, we receive your credit reports from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. These reports contain your accounts, balances, payment history, inquiries and public records.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit.

3How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • analyze your credit reports and show you what we find;
  • draft dispute letters for your review and, once you approve them, send them and track the responses;
  • answer your questions and provide customer support;
  • process payments and manage your plan;
  • send service messages, and marketing emails if you have asked for them;
  • maintain, secure and improve our services, including our analysis models;
  • meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies — when we send a dispute you have reviewed and approved.
  • Service providers that work for us, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and credit report access providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons — when the law, a court order or a government request requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our company.
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your permission — in any other case, we ask you first.

5Your credit reports and disputes

Connecting your reports to AI Credit Care is a soft inquiry. It is not visible to lenders and does not affect your credit score.

We access your reports only after you authorize it. Nothing is sent to a credit bureau, creditor or collection agency until you have reviewed and approved it.

6Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses one essential cookie that keeps the contact forms secure. It does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Some parts of the site load content from other companies, which may collect technical information such as your IP address or set their own cookies:

  • Google Fonts — the fonts used across the site.

If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and give you the choices the law requires.

7How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

8How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and for as long afterwards as we need it to resolve disputes, meet legal and record-keeping requirements, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your information, unless we are required to keep it;
  • stop sending you marketing emails — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to know what we collect and the right not to be treated differently for using your rights. To make a request, email info@aicreditcare.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

10Children’s privacy

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our website before it takes effect.
